1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee on Paid Commercial Plans

If you purchase any annual commercial plan (Lite ₹4,000, Smart ₹7,500, Prime ₹11,999, or Enterprise ₹21,999) and are not fully satisfied with our ERP software, you may request a 100% full refund within 7 calendar days of license purchase.

2. Refund Process & Timelines

Refunds are approved within 24 hours and credited back to your original payment method (Bank Account / UPI) within 5-7 business days.

3. Cancellation & Renewal Policy

Commercial subscriptions are billed annually. You may choose not to renew at the end of your 1-year license period without any hidden penalty or cancellation charges. Your business data remains safely exportable at all times.
