Can I use PharmaPulse if my internet connection goes down?
Yes, absolutely. PharmaPulse includes Dual Offline Mode. If your internet connection drops, your counter continues billing, searching medicines, and printing thermal receipts without interruption. All sales are saved in your local encrypted database partition and automatically synchronize to the cloud as soon as connection returns.
How do I transfer my medicine stock from Marg ERP or Busy?
Migration is fast and simple. Our built-in Marg & CSV Migration Assistant lets you export your medicine master and supplier lists from Marg or Excel and import them into PharmaPulse in less than 5 minutes. What hardware (barcode scanners, thermal printers) do I need?
PharmaPulse works with virtually all standard POS hardware. You can use standard USB or wireless laser barcode scanners, standard 2-inch and 3-inch thermal printers (ESC/POS compatible), and A4/A5 laser/inkjet printers. Furthermore, you can use your smartphone camera as a wireless barcode scanner using our built-in QR pairing feature at /scanner.
How does FEFO (First-Expiry, First-Out) save money?
Expired medicines are a leading source of financial loss for Indian chemists. When billing a product, PharmaPulse automatically identifies and suggests the batch nearest to expiration.
